Middle aged female living in Australia. Since hitting menopause my weight has been harder to maintain. I asked my doc if menopause and hormones had something to do with it, but she said no, and that it has probably got something to do with being unable to resist things. I am going for my annual snowboarding trip to Japan in six weeks and want to get fitter and leaner for it as I know from previous trips that I will enjoy it far more. So, these first few weeks on here will be to drop the weight as close to my goal as possible. Thereafter I want to find a way to maintain my goal weight.
