UGH! Last night I got talked into going out. I had alcohol (which I'm trying to pare down) but at least I ordered a decent dinner.
However, since I got to sleep late I feel cruddy and that always means MEXICAN food for lunch. Amazing! When I got everything listed in my food diary on here lunch by itself totaled 650 calories! YIKES!!!! Looks like it's a salad for dinner....

650 calories is nothing, I do that with the antipasto alone. ;-) Beautiful drop yesterday RR, keep up the excellent work!

LOL! I was actually proud of myself for only eating 1/2 a basket of chips/salsa. That is my downfall! I love the stuff! I made myself go run on the treadmill so I feel a little better about eating a not so healthy lunch.
