I have been out of control and not sure what to do to rein myself in. I guess journal and enter! That is the only thing I know to do.
My carbs are off the chart and that is a vicious cycle that makes me want more...not to mention Flo is here an that in itself makes me feel like I am starving.
I am disgusted with myself.

Journal everything, preferably before you eat it. I can't count the number of times looking up the nutrition details of something has made me say "he** no"

No need for disgust....you're just finding your way through a very tough issue. Give yourself credit for facing up to where you are and beginning to focus on what's next. Journal and log....absolutely!! Take this one meal at a time. Unless there's a great lesson to be learned from the past, ignore it and move forward, making sure to focus on making this next meal in line with your WOE. And then be sure to pat yourself on the back for making that meal a success. One meal at a time.....don't get too far ahead of yourself. One success is the foundation for the next. Face up to where you are, but don't beat yourself up. Move forward, head high!
