I am so stressed out at work and it makes it very difficult because I am an emotional eater. Realizing that I am doesn't make it very much easier.
I have made time so far to get in 12 minutes of yoga and I think it actually loosened my back and neck up some...because of the stress everything is supper tense and tight.
I did eat those chips this morning and did not intend to...that was stress.
So just trying to get through this day the best that I can.
