So today with a sitter at hand I decided to work out more. Including walking/running/jogging the ten miles which took almost 3 hours. Since with my weight it takes about 10 miles to burn off a pound anyway I noticed that I have alot of bulky looking muscle on my legs that I never had before and I'm curious if I can get rid of it or if as I continue to lose weight it will hopefully tone down.
