i felt lighter so i decided to weigh myself. i dont think my scale is correct.
i really just am happy to have logged all my food :) i dont think have ever been this motivated in a while.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
