It was a good week, I did go over my carbs on one day last week, I went out with a friend and I did really well other than the onion petals from Outback that I had to have. I did look them up and it should have been about 40 carbs for a whole order but I didnt eat them all. That was not too bad as I was good the rest of the week as well. So I'm starting my day with coffee and will have some eggs and bacon later!
