These work hours are kicking my booty. Long weekend. Don't get me wrong, I love my job but some days are harder than others. Sticking to this diet is waaaay easier than I thought.
125.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
