I am starting OWL tomorrow!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Did you start today? I am going to see what you ate. I ate too many kcals. Computer was off line too long and I had to eat. I went over 207 kcals. This is sad. Been having trouble eating enough on UD and for this to happens makes me angry! But it us what it is..... I will get better at this...... :)
