Ooops, looks like I underestimated my start weight by almost a stone! At least I have a clearer picture of where I am and where I need to get to now.

Also..went swimming again this morning. Did 8 lengths again and don't feel nearly as exhausted as I did yesterday. Doing the same again tomorrow.

May I ask what is a stone? I seen that word on here the other day and I have been wondering what it is. :)

A stone is 14 pounds.

It's a British thing I'm guessing. But yes, I underestimated by a whole 13/14 pounds!
