Ooops, looks like I underestimated my start weight by almost a stone! At least I have a clearer picture of where I am and where I need to get to now.
Also..went swimming again this morning. Did 8 lengths again and don't feel nearly as exhausted as I did yesterday. Doing the same again tomorrow.
