Would somebody PLEASE remind me that I am supposed to be losing weight? Maybe it was the cooler weather or the excitement of a new project, or spending the day in the kitchen . . . but whatever it was, I was so hungry yesterday I ate everything in sight!

Today I am thankful I am back at work. Al least there is not much here to eat!

I feel you on the "but whatever it was, I was so hungry yesterday I ate everything in sight!" I get like that one the weekends and then try my best during the week its so hard but you have to stick to it

Must be something going around; I did the same thing! :) I felt that if I could just find that one perfect thing last night, I would have been satisfied. But I couldn't find it. So, I had to try everything. Must have been the rain; everything was growing - including my cravings. :)

OMG but cinnamon peanut butter on a banana sounds so good to me right now.... LOL! You just didn't get something you needed today. Hope you are getting enough fat or protein or both. That's my answer to everything. EAT MEAT! ((hugs!!))

Don't feel bad Buffy..I ate like a horse as well..and I cooked last nights supper..lots of cheese in that lasagna...but oooooh so yummy..also had my mini moon pies and peanuts in my coke..so glad I'm back home so I can be careful..LOL..We can do this..:O)
