Well after a long summer of working and not exercising or eating right I guess I get what I had coming to me.... I have learned that I am not invincible and need to follow a diet not try to wing it. portion control has always been an issue and when I was not tracking it became one again. I'm going to start back and take responsibility for myself again and get back to a healthier lifestyle.
241.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
