I increased my running intervals and decreased my walking intervals today. Now my intervals are 4:2 walking/running. Last week it was 5:1. I ran an extra 5 minutes today. I can tell, my calf a little sore. I stretched a long time after I got done and I iced my leg as well. That should help my leg not get really sore. After lunch today we're going to take the 2 mile walk around the lake so that will be another 2 miles of walking. I lifted weights yesterday. I think I'm going to run every other day and the days I don't run I'm going to lift weights.

Now to work on my diet. We've been low on funds this last year with my assignment changing at work and me making less money. My other half stays home with our youngest and doesn't work. I've changed assignments so our income will be going up. After we get things back to normal we can quit buying so many nasty microwave meals and actually buy vegetables and make healthy meals ourselves.... I'll be happy to never see another microwave meal again.
