My son’s 21st birthday yesterday & still managed to maintain amidst a lot of off track eating. Had rehearsal for play yesterday & couldn’t find anything healthy to nosh right beforehand so I grabbed Papa Johns. Never had their food nor their cheese sticks. Like doughy cheesy breed. Shared with cast members so only had couple pieces. Would have settled for just marinara sauce. Anyway, thx FS for helping me evolve so much so that cheesy doughy bread just isn’t even remotely appealing anymore. Next time I’ll remember to pack a bag of healthy snacks!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
