Been on the go most of today. Took Mom to church this morning. She did quite well. Then had family over this afternoon. That too went well. Am feeling a little sluggish from not going to the gym much this week. Hoping to get back into a better routine this week (as long as Mom is feeling better.) If not - note to self - do more at home exercises...(what a concept! lol.) Hope you all had a great weekend! Love.
