I am better today. I've been off of my meds for 5 days and the intensity of TOM has let up a bit as well. Last night I was at a party and I was very snacky but stayed close by the celery and cherry tomatoes so that was good.

My body is in a very weird funk but I just have to work on reconfiguring everything. The good news is that I have stayed true to my lifestyle change overall and that I have not allowed any of my funky moods to do any long term damage. I think I'm going to take a nap.

Good job on keeping the snacking under control even though you wanted something else you knew you'd feel guilty about it later and stayed away. I'd say the lifestyle change is working for you.
