I am better today. I've been off of my meds for 5 days and the intensity of TOM has let up a bit as well. Last night I was at a party and I was very snacky but stayed close by the celery and cherry tomatoes so that was good.
My body is in a very weird funk but I just have to work on reconfiguring everything. The good news is that I have stayed true to my lifestyle change overall and that I have not allowed any of my funky moods to do any long term damage. I think I'm going to take a nap.
