I’m losing a few ounces slowly yet my measurements stay the same. I’ve been able to squeeze into these jeans maybe a handful of times since I bought them (sometime before the fall of 2015). They fit just how I like as long as I stand up lol. Sitting down and moving around makes them ride up :/. But hey they are a 28 waist so I’d expect it. I’ve been unable to figure out where the 1-2# came from. Am I losing muscle? Hmmm my bicep looks a bit bigger.... after taking this I realized that some has come from the front and back of my thigh and a bit from my lower back. Who knew you could lose on the front and back of your thigh and keep the fat in the outside and inside?!? To celebrate I had a whole oz of chips instead of the half ounce I’d planned AND 5 pieces of turkey instead of 2 on my sandwich. Was starving and this seemed to be the best choice of ‘reward’ lol. Still hungry so it’s probably time for a drink and maybe a nap :).
