Today starts South Beach. I will make this work. It seems cliche to say this is my last chance, but it sure feels that way. I have to make this work, so that I can live long and healthy. I expect the next couple of days to be tough (cravings and hungry), but I'll make it through and come out in the end.

if you have found some of your trigger foods and can avoid them, it will help a lot to keep those cravings at bay.
