I have not posted anything on here for approx. 1.5 months. I have been traveling on business, I think maintaining my weight loss. I was in Germany for the past couple of weeks and returned on the day after Labor Day. Unfortunately I returned to a burned out house and my brother in the UNC burn center. My brother will be okay, but had to have a skin graft on Thurs. and will probably need PTSD therapy at some point. Admittedly, it could have easily been much worse with a different outcome.
Of course my digital scale is gone and I do need to replace it, however I'm living in a hotel right now. We'll get past this and will be fine, but I needed to vent a little bit.
