Only 1.2lbs down on the scales today... but I'll take it as anything down is progress and all those little losses culmlatively add up.

I've been having fun this week with trying to be more creative and cook some nice meals. I find if I keep cooking "nicer" meals then I'm more likely to stick with healthier eating. So I did a lovely warm new potato salad with bacon and blue cheese last night... it was yummy 😋... then today I made a simple ham and cheese pizza on a tortilla wrap. I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted like the real thing without all the additional calories, so it got a thumbs up from me. 👍 I'll post some piccy's another day from my phone.

I went out tonight for a meal, so kept my calories super light to accommodate. I ended up only having hunter's chicken and salad... I was stuffed... but pleased to have kept on track. 😊
