Going down slowly in the right direction... but so long as it's down I will be happy. This week Ive started doing some exercise again beyond walking. I've started out with strength training with either my dumbbells or resistance bands. I've also got a great abs workout which helped me tone when I lost loads of weight 10 years ago.

The night before last I also finally got on my elliptical trainer and was quite surprised to manage 30 mins. I took it steady though and watching a music channel helped. 🎶 Alas, can't say the exercise was easy, especially my elliptical... in fact at times I was thinking "I've had enough." 😫 I managed to push through the mental barrier that was yelling "Stop!"... and it was worth it to feel the europhic high afterwards. I must remember that feeling... as I felt I'd achieved something! 🏅So now to make this into a habit...
