My body has finally figured out that I'm not starving it. My Mother and Husband both noticed the change in my face. Yeah! I was pleased with myself last night, went to the movies(The Nun, spooky)and I alotted myself half a small bag of popcorn and I only ate 1/3. No soda just water. I wasn't even disappointed 😀
227.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
