I feel like I am on a roll! I was able to fill in my breakfast information, exercise information and lo and behold my Weight!!! I had some problems getting all of this figured out on my computer since starting on Sunday. Today it was smooth.

Great to lose the two pounds however I did feel yesterday the 2.5 gain was out of line with what I had done food and exercise wise. When that I happens I tell myself to not sweat it that it will all come out in the wash if I keep on moving forward doing what I know needs to be done.

I have been having major issues with calcified Achilles tendons in both heels that sometimes end up being wonky knees as well -- foot bone is connected to the leg bone, the leg bone is connected to the knee bone (you know the song!).

Twice a year a very talented woman comes to our isolated town. She is originally from here so she is coming to visit family. When she was young she moved to China, learned Mandarin in two years and then spent 10 years learning traditional Chinese medicine. Today she is teaching at a Naturalpathetic university.

Anyway she has worked on my feet and knees twice now. Oh my gosh! The freedom of walking without pain!! The good news is that it will stay fairly good for at least 9 months. Not as good as right now but it won't go back to what it was for at least 9 months. She is considering moving back. I would be so grateful if she did as then I could get treatments in more regular intervals.

Exercise will be so enjoyable today. I see her one more time on Friday and then she is gone.
