Been trending up the last week or so and not eating great. Big time belly bloat from too much beer drinking. Not changing my ways till after the holiday weekend! It's all good, I've got the knowledge to take it back off relatively quickly
142.9 lb Lost so far: 39.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
