For whatever reason, I've felt really tired lately and not very hungry. So easy to eat the veggies and not too hard to avoid sweets. The only thing I allow myself is a Oatmeal/Chocolate FiberOne bar. Provides 33% RDA of fiber although it has too much sugar to be exactly healthy. But since I'm not eating other sugary/starchy things, I think it's allowable. Down another pound!
144.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
