Haven't visited the porcelain throne in 2 days. Dr had me on Linzess and it worked for one day. The calorie intake seems good but I'm going to adjust for a day or so and cut down the carbs more and up my fluid intake.
235.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
