So I’d like to lose 10 pounds. I started graduate school in February and quickly gained a bit of weight (no time to exercise and TONS of reading/writing/commuting) plus stress eating junk food and wine to unwind. I know what I did wrong, but I’m having trouble shedding the pounds I gained. I’m going to track calories for a while to make sure I’m not over-eating, and continue to exercise at least 4 days each week. Plus I’m trying to shift to a more plant based diet. Any other pointers are welcome!
