My goals for the Challenge are:
1. Do at least five 30 minute sessions of exercise each week. 2. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water each day. 3. Limit alcholic drinks to a max of 5 units per week. 4. Reduce my daily evening 'couch' time by one hour (currently 5 hours in front of the TV each evening!). 5. Replace this hour with: an hour of gardening, housework, DIY or exercise. 5. Enrol in a French conversation class. 6. Abseil down Spelga Dam for charity.
