Up and down we go ,
where we stop only I know,
The ice cream and beer flow,
so add on a roll,
Thanks all for the birthday wishes -
Birthday cake and everything else threw me in the ditches,
today is just a day in time,
I need to wipe the chocolate from my lips , the scene of the crime,
everyone tries to stop on a dime,
and it will happen most of the time,
don't lament or be low when you don't hit your marks,
when this happens it only brings sparks,
do each day with good intentions,
stick to your goal and you'll go way past honorable mention,
this journey a crazy one it is ,
but with all of the fs family, a pleasure it is - .
keep your head up but not your feet ,
go ahead and get off of your seat ,
all you got to do is repeat,repeat,repeat
and smile,smile,smile -
I always forget those days or times when things don't go perfect or even 90 percent but those are days that put us back in motion again back on the journey -
