These kids have GOT to stop wanting to make baked goods!! Today they wanted to try baking chocolate chip marshmallow cookies. I don’t even like marshmallows, but I broke my fast (at 3pm) to taste one cookie... then another. I was still in my calorie budget, AND in my eating window, but I’d prefer my calories to actually contain some nutrition! I’m bringing snacks tomorrow so if I do must break my fast before dinner it’ll be for almonds, Greek yogurt, and/or blueberries.
