After holidays Monday morning weigh in.up a few pounds temporarily,enjoying some summer fruit.and cream, avoided breads mostly on the 3 weeks away. ...... still eating salads and lots of tomatoes and cucumbers, zucchini. So I am congratulating myself because it is a minor setback. not obsessing about food. Eat healthy 99% Skin is looking good. I trying to relax about food.
