Well, Monday is not my weigh in day, but since I had shown an undeserved gain, I decided to hop on. Will do it again on Wed, although I am thinking of switching weigh in days to Mondays. Well, at least I saw something- not as low as my scale at home, but something, and less than last week when I weighed in here.
I really can see my waist becoming more defined, my stomach flattening, my thighs slimming, and overall look improving. I do not want to deprive myself of something that might be high in sodium because I am afraid of a weight gain- eg. lobster. I have low to normal blood pressure without medication, so it is not dangerous for me, and I need to feel I am a human being who can go out to eat occasionally. So there you have it.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

gosh no way you should avoid something you enjoy if it is not bad for your health. Lobster used to be one of my favorites. congrats on seeing a change in your body, those are the best changes.
