Loosing my job and stuck in my head...wanting to snack all the time. Not sure it will get better when it's all done, but I will make a committment to get to the gym everyday after putting the pickle on the bus. Worried that this will stall all progress, career and diet wise.

Don't give up!!! Taking care of your self will make you feel better and put you into a better head space for the next job! You can do it - you are worth it :)
