This is actually yesterday. It was a bust. And, actually, because I forgot to update my beginning weight two weeks ago, last week's loss was 8lbs not 6. So, if I average it out, 4lbs per week. I'll take it. Going to up my exercise these next few days and TRY to cut out the wine! I want to see 4 more gone next week!
