Went fishing all weekend, and hung out at a winery again on Saturday... Haven't used the Wii to workout since Thursday but, the fishing was a few hours each day, and we were catching fish Friday and Saturday but not really so much today.

I don't know if I'll be motivated to work out tonight, I took a nap when we got home from fishing because I wasn't feeling that good... just wiped out really. We're going to eat now, depending on how late I'm up and how much energy I get... I might at least try to do the 30 minute step aerobics. I feel like I'm cheating on my other game by just doing that, but I've already told myself that through the week I'm going to make sure I pair both games (the one where I do mostly squats and lunges, and the step aerobics) when I workout.

Tomorrow I will be helping to unload 4 TONNES of fish food into a barn. Now I don't know what kind of equipment I'll be using, or whatever, but I volunteered basically because of the exercise factor. I hope I get a good workout. It'll be better than sitting behind a computer at least.
Trying to eat healthy but on the water we take snacks and stuff, so breakfast was alright, but the rest of the food have been packaged snacks. Bleh, I need to get the RIGHT kind of calories in me or it's going to be a fight to the death to get these last pounds off.

Edit: So, I played Wii Fit for 45 minutes... again I do all the different stuff, the hard stuff (pushups, squats, crunches) and the fun stuff... so I count it as "light home exercise". The running makes me sweat, and the strength training I can really feel as well. So, hopefully that'll get me ready for a full workout tomorrow.

You know, with the squats, pushups and crunches, I'd record it at least are circuit training. That seems to be fairly close to the calorie burn for mine. I think the numbers they use on FS for exercise take into consideration the elevated heart rate and metabolism after the work out, as well. I posted a reply to your reply on my journal.
