I am still quite excited about this new healthy eating regime. I walked for 60 minutes today. Food has been good too, no lapses or anything like that. So far so good but even if I do trip up along the way, I will get up and keep walking... Keep going everyone out there, you can do it!

That is so great that you are losing weight and walking will help you reach your goal faster. I need to start some type of exercise soon. Keep up all the hard work - you are doing great!
