Well it is all going exceedingly well... today I walked for 87 minutes, yesterday 59 minutes the day before that 72 Minutes. The push-ups have been quite irregular but food has been great. I seem to find it easier to eat pretty much the same thing each day... I guess I need to work on that. Anyway it has been loads of salads with Rocket, Avocado, Cucumber, Pine nuts and mayonnaise. I sometimes add cheese, chicken, lamb or fish... I have lost 2kg another 15kg to go!
