Same exact weight the last 3 days. I'm a model of consistency lol. Jk hopefully I'll change in a positive way tomorrow.
259.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

After two/three weeks if you stay there and still want to lose weight...it’s time to make sure you are counting calories correctly (even In keto yes, you cannot lose weight without a calorie deficit)

Little plateaus are part of the body adjusting. I just got off mine this morning. They are frustrating.

I was on a stall for over a week. If you do IF, a 24-48hr fast will break the plateau effect.

Don’t sweat it. I find that I can’t tell anything over a few days. I notice the changes over a week or even a month. If it bothers you that the scale isn’t moving, head to the gym, grab some weights or take a walk.
