Gotta get the carbs back down .......
191.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too (lol) I had marmalade (1 tbspoon) every day. Now I have lemon wafer bite, it's better.
