Before starting the Keto diet my body seemed to have developed an intolerance for red meat, like major tummy issues after eating it. I have done really well with consuming a lot of ground beef without any problems since I started Keto, so today I am testing it out with a steak. I have my monthly girls spa and lunch date today and I plan to have a ribeye...anxious to see if it does not rip my guts apart, that would be awesome!
