Before starting the Keto diet my body seemed to have developed an intolerance for red meat, like major tummy issues after eating it. I have done really well with consuming a lot of ground beef without any problems since I started Keto, so today I am testing it out with a steak. I have my monthly girls spa and lunch date today and I plan to have a ribeye...anxious to see if it does not rip my guts apart, that would be awesome!

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 August 2018:

Can't imagine it will bother you, sounds like your body has adapted to beef now. Enjoy!

If you still have problems with it try drinking some beef broth helps your tummy and you get used to beef

good luck with your girls day! I like mine medium rare. I like the fatty parts on the outside and give my husband the fillet in the middle. we generally don't eat a lot and it works out well.
