Well, the scale was nearly back down to 214 this morning which is a miracle considering all of the stress of the last week and being out of town. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day and I would like to see a bit more of a drop but deep down I know that I haven't worked very hard to get it. I'm planning on working out on the Beast after dinner while we watch a movie with the kids. It might be a tough machine but at least it's nearly silent!

Oh...and I have my Mirena removed on Monday so who knows what kind of havoc the hormones will wreak!

Mirena is a form of birth control that lasts up to 5 years. I've had mine in for 3 and it's been awesome but now that we're going to try to have a baby, it's time to come out! Here's the link for more info...www.mirena.com

Good luck and have fun trying! I can't believe you're going to do this! :) You mentioned that it was hard to get pregnant last time you tried...I wonder if it will happen more easily for you now that you've lost so much weight...they say weight plays a big factor. I feel lucky that it didn't really effect me but I know that it can.

Mirena is wonderful, don't know why I didn't get one after my first. The beauty is, they give you good contraception, yet don't interfere with breastfeeding, like the pill does. I even tried the POP (progestin only pill), called Errin, after my first son, but my milk was dried up after 4 months. Got Mirena after my second son, and we nursed until 11 months!
