A bag of fresh stir fry veggies, a container of fresh baby bella mushrooms, 4.5 oz of tyson frozen diced chicken breast, and a couple tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Just 370 calories!! Got some artichoke quinoa waiting on me as a bedtime snack ;P
