Today I worked out for 1 hour, felt great. I shaved 2 min. off of my mile. I walk for 2 min run 1 min back and forth. I am really excited today my workout partner and I are going to try out for Biggest Loser tomorrow. It will be a long drive, but hopefully have a fun time and get seen. You never know. I really need someone to kick my butt while working out:) lol ... This morning I had a bad breakfast eating Mcdonalds breakfast sandwich but now that I learned how many fat and calories are in it I not going to do that any more. But my daughter wanted us to go to breakfast together I need to find something a little better next time.
