Grats on the weight loss, but I couldn't help but notice that your calories intake is way low on here. Are you not recording everything you eat? or are you really eating only 800 calories a day? Nutrisystem is a 1200 calorie diet and does require you adding in the extra foods. You'll see a much better weight loss if you up your calories believe it or not. :) If you don't post in the nutrisystem forums then you should stop in.

Yes, I have been doing the Nutrisystem b'fast/lunch/dinner/snack. I think my missed calories are in the fruits to eat during the day. I've been drinking SOOOO much water, that I'm not hungry. Honestly, I didn't think 2.5 lb weight loss per week was so bad.

2.5 pounds a week isn't bad at all. But Most people lose about 5-10 pounds in the first week so I was going off of your 1 month comment. If you don't eat everything it will slow your loss down though and a lot of people don't realize that. You need to eat the add ins (diary, fruit, and veggies) as much as you do the pre-packaged stuff. If you're not hungry you can get the nutrients in through less filling items. Adding cheese to a dish as your protein or drinking milk is a good way to get the extra nutrients in. Drinking V8 or fruit juice instead of eating veggies or fruit can also be a substitute.
