Good Morning all, Quick email. I am joining a new healthy food program at Natures Food Patch starting tommorow!!! Actually I am going there tonight to pickup supplies.
I will start posting food tommorow. I am working a 13 hour day today in the office cleaning up paperwork.
Good News here we have been getting nightly rain storms !!! Hurraaaay, I actually have been getting walking in.
I am just thankful Florida is now on fire like the Western States.
Very Scary in California they actually had a fire tornado at 147 miles per hour!!!
Ok I will catch up with everybody tommorow!!!!

Thanks Amanda and Doobrie, !! Just saw another dreadful auto correct error, Florida is not on fire!!! In Fact I greatful we have been getting rain every night!!!☺☺☺☺☺

Thanks Bill!!! New diet is going great!!! Back on fatsecret tommorow!!! Tons of paperwork and meetings going on at work, I have not quite master the FS postings and meetings and treadmills at the same time like you can!! 🙄☺
