At this point I have made a doctor's appointment. I have consecutively gained 10lbs each month even while watching what I eat and being very active. Let's see what is really going on with my body. However I am still going to keep logging and being honest with my logs.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
