Flying home from vacation at Beach tomorrow. Haven't seen my scale in a week but am pretty sure I have had 500+ cal deficit each day. We'll see.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
