I had a good day today! I ate good, in fact, I still have about 300 calories left. Exercised, but feel I did not get the greatest workout. Oh well. Evil little cravings peaking through today, but did not give in. =D Just have to picture my skinny self, and its not too difficult to stick with it. I wish I had one of those life sized cutouts of what I could look like. That would be THE best motivator. Maybe I will put my face on a body I want hehe.

Hehe, I posted a pic on here for motivation! When I first started I actually had dreams about chocolate cake...you should try to find low calorie recipes for your favorite treats (ex: Dr. Pepper cake) & decide it into individual servings as SOON as you're done making it!
