So i've been at 126 lbs for two weeks of P3 now...Im trying to stay at this weight...I just have to weight train because i feel flabby from the fat loss.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, you are doing great. Strength training is is really great. You may gain a few pounds at first though. Your muscles tear (when you lift weights) and water helps repair them. But who cares if your weight goes up a couple of pounds, if your size goes down. I would rather weigh 140lbs and be a size 4, than weight 130lbs and be a size 6. So good luck to you!
