so far so good today. I woke up later than planned, but I walked for 15 minutes with Leslie, showered, went and picked up some tomatoes and heavy cream for breakfast/lunch, salad greens for supper. then came home and made my favorite Atkins breakfast. It was delicious!
However, when I tried to enter the items into my food diary with the app bar code scanner, of course it didn't work. but the Lose It! one did. I like that site well enough, but it doesn't have the journal part of the program and I don't think I can set the settings to show net carbs, so I really wish the FatSecret bar code scanner on my phone would work!
Hope I can stick with it. I really need this. I need to get control of me.
